Katie Bosch is a Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor and Spa Executive at Vitality. Katie grew up hauling hay and feeding chickens on a small farm in Northern Utah. After studying Journalism at USU, she set off to explore the world. She taught English in Ghana, backpacked through Central America, worked on the Alaska Railroad and did her yoga teacher training in the jungle of Costa Rica. She moved to Richmond at the beginning of 2017 and quickly found a home at Vitality.

Katie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and has been fascinated with anatomy and body work since doing her yoga teacher training in 2016. Her style is very detailed and she enjoys helping clients find relief from back pain, migraines and shoulder issues. She is also certified in massage cupping and loves incorporating it into her massages.

As a Master Reiki Practitioner, Katie loves holding space for clients during Reiki sessions. She incorporates a lot of breath-work and aromatherapy into these sessions and enjoys helping clients find their mind-body connection throughout their time together.

As a certified 200 yoga instructor, Katie currently teaches a Restorative Yoga & Reiki class at Vitality as well as “Bend and Purrr” yoga with cats class at Central Purrrk Cat Lounge downtown.

In her spare time, you can find her walking barefoot by the James, floating in our float tanks or spending time with her husband, Zach, two cats, Ravi and Juniper and houseplant babies.
