Meet Megan

Megan first came to Vitality in September 2017 with a passion for health and wellness. She grew up in a household that emphasized the importance of nutrition and exercise, which has led her to a lifetime of fascination with the body’s systems and healthy living. 

Megan first learned about floatation therapy while she was in high school and discovering meditation and yoga. At the time, she had no idea how or where she would find a float tank, but her curiosity was immediately piqued. Fast forward about a decade and her friend introduced her to Vitality. She then learned firsthand about the multi-level therapy that floatation offers, and she has been hooked ever since. 

Megan received her B.A in English Literature before diving into the health and wellness world. She is certified in Integrative Reflexology through Claire Marie Miller and also hopes to pursue a license in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

In her free time, she is thrilled to be reading, writing, hiking, practicing yoga, rock climbing, drawing, dancing, playing music, traveling, gardening, cooking, and hanging out with her loving partner, Adrian, and very weird dog, Yoda.
