Meet Natalie

Natalie has been a State Licensed (NY and VA) and Board Certified massage therapist since 2012, with private practice and spa experience. She is a chronic pain relief and stress recovery specialist whose intuitive approach to massage targets tension at its source. Her integrative treatment style weaves together deep tissue, myofascial, sports, and Swedish techniques to help minds and bodies together reach optimal healing. Movement education often plays a part in her work, giving clients simple tools to shift postural patterns that may have contributed to prior discomfort.

Before becoming a massage therapist, she worked in trauma recovery and the creative arts. She has a graduate degree in clinical psychology and is an artist and musician. She relocated to Richmond from Brooklyn not long after graduating from advanced bodywork study at Cortiva Institute in Hoboken. She is happy to have joined the Vitality Float family and is currently spending all of her free time in the float pod! Ask her which float colors she's tried...

Testimonials For Natalie's Work:

"I had an incredible experience with Natalie. She was so informative every step of the way but also helped me to deeply relax. She helped me pin point issues I've been having in my neck and provided me with a plan to reduce my daily impact. She also recommended a monthly session to continue to break up some of my stress spots in my neck and shoulders. She was so kind and disarming. I felt instantly comfortable. Having now seen Kenzie, Summer and Natalie I would easily recommend anyone to Vitality! What an amazing staff of knowledgeable therapists. Thanks for a great experience!!"

"I had a massage with Natalie and it was fantastic. The questions she asked prior to the massage really helped her understand my areas of concern, and I walked out feeling relaxed and refreshed! I would definitely recommend her."
