What do I wear?
You will be on a heated treatment table with sheets and a blanket to keep you warm and relaxed, much like a massage service you will be asked to disrobe to your comfort level.

I have skin or dietary allergies, or I am pregnant, what should I do?
Any and all concerns should be directed to our Esthetician, at least 48 hours before your service. Apothecary Richmond products are handcrafted and if special provisions need to be made for your service a little time is required for formulation. You can email summer@vitalityfloatspa.com with concerns.

What if I do not currently have a skin care line that I enjoy using, or I do not know what ingredients to look for in my products?
We want to educate you on how to best care for your skin. If you want to talk about ingredients or specific skin concerns we encourage you to address this in our consultation.

What skin care line do you use at Vitality?
We use Apothecary Richmond products in our facials. Apothecary Richmond is a handcrafted skin and body care line made by our in house Esthetician, Summer Alexander.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask that you give 12 hours notice for cancellation.

What if I am running late?
We all run late sometimes. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, the length of your service may be cut short so we can keep on schedule for other clients.
