Thai Bodywork is a slow-paced healing session during which the therapist uses their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to compress the muscles, stimulate acupressure points and gently stretch the body, allowing deep relaxation, decompression, opening and relief. Thai herbal compresses are often used (and may be requested) to achieve warming of the skin, deeper fluidity within the body, and transdermal application of the healing herbs within.

This practice occurs on a comfortable, cushioned mat on the floor, and the client is asked to wear clothing they can move in (yoga pants, etc.), as the client does not remove clothing to receive this work.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is the art of healing by universal energy, which flows through the practitioner to the client. Reiki treats the whole person: re-balancing the body, mind, and spirit while stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself. It has been found to help all types of illnesses by relieving symptoms + aiding speedy recovery and supports mental + emotional healing.

Sessions take place fully clothed on a table. The client relaxes while the practitioner places their hands over the chakras, injured areas and other potentially blocked areas. Sessions are tailored to each individual and include use of the amethyst infrared biomat, aromatherapy, as well as crystals and sound therapy if needed/requested. Many clients report feeling a sense of comfort, well being and deep relaxation.
