Dear Clients and Staff,

Here are some major points we will be reinforcing to keep everyone as safe as possible as this pandemic continues. Please understand these rules are put in place for everyone’s safety.

COVID-19 SAFETY POLICIES

CLIENTS:

  • Clients ARE REcommended TO wear a mask at all times while inside the spa and during all services, except for float therapy, as they will be inside the room alone, and facial cupping services.

  • If CLIENTS ARRIVE TO THE SPA WITHOUT A MASK, ONE WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE FRONT DESK If needed.

  • Clients are informed that if they present any Covid-19 symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, etc., to not come in for services.

  • Clients who cancel less than 24 hours due to Covid-19 related reasons will not be charged for late cancelation. Please Provide Positive Covid Test Results.  

  • CLIENTS EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS ARE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE THEIR APPOINTMENT UNTIL THEY RECEIVE A NEGATIVE TEST AND NO LONGER HAVE SYMPTOMS

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided throughout the spa for customer use.

  • Client intake forms have become digital, and check-out services are contactless.

  • Each Treatment Room has a Dyson to purify the air.

EMPLOYEES: 

  • Employees with any Covid-19 symptoms such as cough, fever (TEMPERATURE OF 100 DEGREES OR HIGHER), shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, etc., are not to work until presenting a negative Covid-19 test. If an EMPLOYEE IS DISPLAYING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE A COVID-19 TEST AND PRESENT A NEGATIVE RESULT BEFORE RETURNING TO THE SPA.

  • Masks must be worn covering the nose and mouth at all times in the building unless eating or drinking in the designated area away from others.

  • Employees are required to wash and sanitize their hands upon entering the building, after touching anything received from clients, including CREDIT cardS, money, paperwork, etc., or before handing something to clients.

  • Practitioners are required to wash their hands immediately before and immediately after every session.

  • Employees must disinfect service rooms, equipment/tools, and anything touched by clients between each session using UV light Sterilization and/or medical-grade disinfectant wipes.

  • Sheets, towels, blankets, robes, slippers, and cleaning cloths, are washed in the washing machine with hot water and disinfectant detergent after each use.

  • Employees must remain 6ft apart from each other and clients as much as possible until bodywork service is to be given.

  • Employees asked to manage where clients wait in the lobby to avoid crowding. 

  • Employees must clean and disinfect common areas at the end of each day with medical-grade disinfectant wipes and use Dyson to purify the air in each treatment room.

If an employee tests positive for Covid-19:

  • Employees will be required to quarantine for AT LEAST 5 days, PER CDC GUIDELINES, UNLESS SYMPTOMS WORSEN, and be present with no symptoms before returning to work.

  • employees will be required to submit two negative tests before returning to work.

  • If an employee has been at work within 10 days of the positive test, the spa will close until all employees are tested and receive test results.
