Frances is a Licensed Acupuncturist who brings a calm, nurturing, and welcoming presence to the treatment room. With a Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Lotus Professional College, she is nationally certified and licensed by the Virginia Board of Medicine.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that treatment should be as individual as the person receiving it. Frances creates a comfortable space where clients feel heard and supported, encouraging them to slow down, listen more closely to their bodies, and feel actively involved in their care.

What motivates your work?

A long-time curiosity about people and the connection between mind and body motivates Frances’s work. She enjoys helping clients feel more connected to themselves and their health through thoughtful, individualized care.

What techniques do you specialize in?

Along with acupuncture and Chinese medicine, Frances incorporates hands-on techniques including skin grabbing and myofascial work using a wax-based product to help release connective tissue and complement her treatments.
