BREATHWORK + FLOAT THERAPY

 
 

Experience a transformative journey of breath, body, and stillness as you float- releasing tension, quieting the mind, and reconnecting with yourself through guided breathwork led by Vitality’s founder, Kenzie, in serene weightlessness.

Each 90-minute session uses voice-led deep, rhythmic breathing and gentle music to help you move energy, clear repressed emotions, and restore balance from the inside out.

WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE:

Physical

Tingling and/or temperature shifts as energy moves.

Emotional

Feelings including grief, anger, or fear- allow them to move through you.

Mental

For overthinkers, the mind may race or question if you’re doing it “right.” Notice the thoughts and return to your breath- they’re simply reflections of old patterns ready to be released.

Spiritual

At times, you may feel as though you’re floating beyond your body- seeing colors, patterns, or memories as your sense of space dissolves. These safe, temporary moments of expanded awareness can feel deeply peaceful and connected..

Primal Release

As energy builds, you may sigh or cry to release.

Letting go helps reset the nervous system and invite calm.

Integration

After active breathing, you’ll float in stillness, allowing your body and mind to integrate what’s been released.
