Hart’s approach
Hart’s guiding philosophy is simple: rehabilitate and rejuvenate.
He often incorporates hot stones and cupping to enhance circulation and recovery, and uses elbows and forearms with salve to create an effective, gliding style that feels both restorative and grounding. His work is especially well-suited for clients seeking nervous-system regulation, gentle rehabilitation, and overall rejuvenation.
With a background in dance and a passion for movement-based practices, Hart feels deeply connected to the dance community and is motivated to support athletes and dancers who may struggle with self-care, overuse, or injury.
Looking ahead, he hopes to expand his training in sports massage and trauma-informed care, with the goal of empowering athletes and dancers to better care for their bodies.
BEYOND THE SPA
Outside the treatment room, Hart’s interests include running, hiking, biking, and weightlifting- giving him a firsthand understanding of how active bodies move, strain, and heal.
