MEET KENZIE

Kenzie is the Spa Director and Founder of Vitality Float Spa. With a lifelong dedication to health, wellness, and peak performance, she brings extensive expertise in massage therapy and acupuncture. Having been an athlete in her youth, Kenzie initially pursued a career in exercise science before shifting her focus to wellness. She explored various avenues before immersing herself in acupuncture, breathwork, massage, and float therapy. Kenzie envisioned a space that offers a holistic wellness experience, enabling individuals to relax their bodies, clear their minds, and take charge of their healing journeys to promote growth. A key intention behind establishing Vitality was to create an environment that nurtures community connection and support for both practitioners and clients.

Kenzie holds a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She aims to develop a community hub where the spa industry and East Asian medicine intersect, believing that this combination with somatic therapy provides a powerful opportunity for individuals to cleanse and reconnect with their mental, physical, and spiritual selves.

In her personal life, Kenzie prioritizes being a mother to her lively five-year-old. She enjoys making her own bone broth and crafting personalized herbal remedies. Kenzie identifies as a Cancer Sun, Virgo Moon, and Scorpio Rising

I really CANNOT recommend this spot enough. I wish I lived in Richmond so I could go on the reg...but I know I'll be back to this city and this is the first place I'm going."
