MEET KENZIE

Kenzie is the Spa Director and Founder of Vitality Float Spa. With a lifelong commitment to health, wellness, and peak performance, she brings extensive expertise in bodywork and acupuncture. As a former diver and runner, Kenzie initially pursued a career in exercise science before shifting her focus to integrative medicine and stress relief. She explored various avenues before fully immersing herself in acupuncture, breathwork, massage, esthetics, and float therapy.

Kenzie envisioned creating a space that offers a holistic wellness experience, allowing individuals to relax their bodies, clear their minds, and take charge of their healing journeys to promote personal growth. A key intention behind establishing Vitality was to foster an environment that nurtures community connection and support for both practitioners and clients.

Kenzie holds a license in Acupuncture and Massage Therapy and has earned a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She aims to develop a community hub where the spa industry and East Asian medicine intersect, believing that this combination, along with somatic therapy, offers individuals a powerful opportunity to cleanse and reconnect with their mental, physical, and spiritual selves.

Throughout her career, Kenzie has given over 4,500 massages and has completed the Cosmetic Acupuncture Certification program at Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, CA. She also holds a facial reading certificate from the teachings of the late Lillian Pearl Bridges, a leading expert in face reading. Kenzie is trained in using the T-shape Artemis for effective cosmetic transformations. Additionally, Kenzie is certified in rebirthing breathwork and has received bodywork practitioner training focused on digestive and reproductive health from the Arvigo and Tulix institutes, as well as further education in postpartum care.

In her personal life, Kenzie prioritizes being a mother to her lively six-year-old daughter. She enjoys home projects, practicing Pilates, and hiking along the James River. Kenzie identifies as a Cancer Sun, Virgo Moon, and Scorpio Rising. Kenzie embodies a blend of nurturing, practicality, and intensity that shapes her approach to life and relationships.
