MEET ZARi

SHE/HER

Zari (she/her) is a licensed massage therapist focused on delivering results-driven bodywork that prioritizes real muscle relief alongside relaxation. Her work is rooted in intentional technique, precision, and helping clients experience lasting improvements in mobility, tension, and overall physical comfort.

Her massage style blends trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and connective tissue techniques to address deeper patterns of tension. Zari often works with minimal product to allow for greater control and more effective fascia stretching, incorporating detailed, focused pressure designed to create meaningful, long-term results.

Zari’s approach:

"Minimal product. Maximum results."
Zari believes effective bodywork comes from precision, not excess. She often begins sessions with minimal or no product to allow for detailed trigger point and fascial work, then incorporates wax or salve for deeper therapeutic pressure. Her treatments may conclude with lymphatic techniques and cupping to support circulation, reduce stagnation, and help the body integrate the work.

What techniques do you specialize in?
"I specialize in trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, and connective tissue work using minimal product for better control. My sessions often move from detailed tissue work into medium-pressure massage and may include lymphatic techniques and cupping to support circulation and recovery."
