Licensed Acupuncturist

Cisco is a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc.) and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with 20 years of experience in massage therapy and an extensive background in anatomy, physiology, and education. He holds a Master’s in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (2025), along with Master’s degrees in History (2017) and Humanities (2014).

His approach brings together a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology with the principles of Chinese medicine, addressing clients’ immediate concerns while also supporting overall function and well-being. Cisco spent 13 years teaching anatomy and physiology, seven years running a massage therapy program, and has additional experience as a college adjunct and physical arts instructor.

Helping individuals address their current concerns while supporting their continued well-being and personal development.

What techniques do you specialize in?

Cisco specializes in acupuncture with a generally lighter needling approach, informed by his extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and training in Chinese medicine. He is also certified in neuromuscular massage therapy and dry needling.

What's next for you?

Continuing to deepen his knowledge and pursue further training and development within his field.

beyond the spa

Cisco has spent the majority of his life in the Stafford and Fredericksburg area. A lifelong learner, much of his time outside of work is dedicated to studying, training, and continued personal and professional development.
